+ Can you gift wrap my order and send to someone on my behalf?

Yes, we absolutely can! Just pop your gift recipients address in the 'Shipping Address' section at the checkout and your (the senders) address in the 'Billing Address' section. We will be sure to wrap your order beautifully and send on your behalf.


+ Can you write a gift note for my order?

We'd love to! We hand write all of our cards and would love to write some lovely words on your behalf. Just leave your words in the 'notes' section in your cart when you place your order. If you forget, just contact us and be sure to state your order number.


+ What makes your boots and jackets worth the extra investment?

Together, we have put so much love, heart, time and soul into our items.  They are handmade and thoughtfully designed for your little explorers.  Our boots and jackets are designed to support adventure, movement and comfortable play above all else.  Please read the product descriptions carefully to see the amazing features. 


+ Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can! If you contact us within 1 hour of making your purchase, we'll be sure to cancel your order for you. Please contact us and state your name and order number and reason for cancelling your order.


+ What if my item is faulty?

We quality check every item that is packed and shipped out and have a strict quality control procedure. If for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item so that we can discuss the fault and offer you a resolution.  Please keep in mind that our gumboots, baskets, rain jackets and many of our items are handmade and may have slight human error that could vary on each pair - making each unique and beautiful. 


+ What if I receive the wrong item or it does not fit?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase or the sizing isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly accept your item/s back for RETURN OR EXCHANGE within 14 days from the date of purchase if it is unworn, unused and undamaged with tags still attached.  Please view our returns policy here.


+ Do you have a store so that I can try on my item?

Unfortunately we do not as we are currently online only however we do have a number of stockists.  Please view our Stockist page to see if there are some boots near you to try on.  Please also view our Sizing Information to ensure you measure your child's foot correctly to minimise returns and exchanges.


+ Are we interested in collaborations?

If you’re a like-minded brand or influencer and would like to explore a future collaboration with Wander + Wild, we’d be happy to hear from you! Please send us a message below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.


+ Do you give back to the community?

Yes! We support a beautiful charity called 'Tree Sisters' where for every order made, we are able to donate the money to Tree Sisters who will then plant three (yes three!) trees on your behalf! How amazing is that?!   Read more about our partnership with Tree Sisters here.  Our goal is to plant 10,000 trees!  We also donate sample boots to charity and also donated more than $500 to the Red Cross Flood Appeal towards helping in recovery from the March 2022 floods.

Yes!
