Artisans in the Bolgatanga region of Ghana weave these beautiful and durable baskets from thick, tough elephant grass which are either left natural or dyed with mineral and non toxic fabric dyes. These high quality baskets have a fixed leather handle for carrying comfort and an open top for accessibility.  They are the perfect eco-friendly, sustainable option for your little babes. Safe for our planet, safe for your children. 

This beautiful item is fairly made in Africa and each artisan is able to work from the comfort of their own community.  These baskets help to support the local weavers and their families by ensuring a stable income which helps them to care, educate and provide for their family. 

Your basket will include a wooden Wander + Wild branding disc and attached shaping instructions for you to follow at home.

Sweetest, sturdiest basket to date! And a decent size!

Super easy to mould, just as the clear instructions state - literally taking a minute or two.

Gorgeous Baskets

Beautiful baskets, strong and sturdy. Be mindful that they come in all shapes and sizes as I purchased two, one for each child and one was much bigger in both the handle and basket than the other.
